Comfort Homes is a real estate development, renovation, and construction company based out of India. They have developed large-scale, multi-million dollar, retail, residential, and infrastructure projects. Hajara is a long-term investor and a board member of the company. Her expertise has helped the company complete many successful ventures. She helped the business streamline cut down on debt and return to profitability. She is an active board member, who has also been an advocate for diversity on the board. She was one of the first women on the board. She also brought other female board members to the team. She has done similar work on other boards.
Waadi Corporation is an IT services company, providing, ERP, cyber security, quality assurance, and business analysis services. Hajara started this as a new venture and grew it to multi-million dollars in revenue. Waadi lists clients including JP Morgan, Ajinomoto, Medidata, and state and municipal organizations. She was one of the few women to own a business in the IT industry at the time. Hajara served as the CEO and chairwoman of the board.
Grey Campus provides classroom and online training in Project management, PMP, and Agile certifications. Hajara contributes her time to delivering project management and Agile classes, helping students learn best practices and developments in the project management industry.
Hajara has taught finance and entrepreneurship at CPSA. She enjoys having discussions and debates on different business topics and investment principles with the youngsters. She believes that the new generation is very smart and capable of becoming good money managers.
