She successfully grew the company to multi million dollars in revenue. She is an investor with a large international real estate and securities portfolio, who follows value investing principles. She does real estate investment and development projects in India, where she has constructed warehouses, residential complexes, retail and independent houses. She is also a board member at companies in the technology and real estate industries in USA and India.
Being someone who is a minority herself, she is pro-diversity. She is a steering committee member at 2020 Women on Boards in the USA and she also works with the research committee at 30% Club, in the Middle East, where she works with a talented team of men and women, trying to create more opportunities for women in the corporate boardrooms across the world. She frequently speaks on diversity, or rather lack of it, sharing her struggles as a woman and teaching others how to navigate the road, empowering women and minorities.
